Our client is searching for their next Engineering Manager in Refrigeration Simulation for Battery Thermal within the Central Illinois area.

Job Description for Engineering Manager:

· Engineering Manager will lead deployment, development and validation of simulation processes for the expanding portfolio of electrical cooling systems.

· Lead design and validation for critical robust product development for fast-paced cooling electrical programs that include complex system interactions and significant new content.

· Develop and implement validated cooling performance simulation processes for Advanced Power Products and Battery Electric Machine applications.

· Working with suppliers on testing component performance information.

· Develop select components, cooling system layouts, size and optimize cooling systems using 1-D simulation tools for Advanced Power Products and BEM applications.
