I have “rolled up my sleeves” in managing and financing rapid growth, rebuilding and strategic transformations: General Instrument (2.9x sales growth in 1991-1996 while transitioning from private equity to IPO to spinoffs into three new IPOs) and ADC Telecommunications (2.8x sales growth in 1997-2000 and 2.7x in 2003-2008 through organic growth initiatives and strategic acquisitions).
